Overview
These are Valtir QuadGuard® II wide-model crash cushions in the Test Level 3 (five-bay) configuration. Each system pairs an engineered steel nose with crushable, energy-absorbing cartridges inside a framework of high-strength Quad-Beam™ steel panels. The monorail base needs no anchoring chains or tension cables, and mounts to asphalt, concrete, or soil-drive pile.
All six units were previously installed, then removed, and are complete with their full set of Type 1 and Type 2 cartridges. They are ready to be inspected, permitted, and put straight back into service.
